Allowed

• Testing SMS delivery and verification flows.
• Low-risk sign-ups where losing the account would not harm you.

Not allowed

• Fraud, impersonation, phishing, spam, harassment or any illegal activity.
• Creating accounts to evade bans, abuse promotions or break another service's terms.
• Attempting to access other people's accounts using codes seen in an inbox.
• Scraping, flooding or otherwise disrupting the site.

Protect yourself

• Never use a shared number for banking, payments, government services, email, password resets or account recovery.
• Assume anything sent to a number here is visible to others.
• Do not ask anyone to send personal information to these numbers.

The site may remove numbers, hide messages or restrict access to protect users and comply with the law.
